Working both directly with clients and behind the scenes, Ima helps ensure that each visit feels seamless from the very first point of contact. He assists with client communication, appointment coordination, scheduling, special requests, and the many thoughtful details that contribute to the personalized, concierge-style experience Aura Métier is known for.

His role also extends into the coordination of events, workshops, collaborations, press inquiries, and special projects, helping keep the many moving parts of Aura Métier organized and running smoothly.

With a natural understanding of hospitality and a genuine appreciation for creating meaningful guest experiences, Ima serves as an important connection between our clients, practitioners, and the day-to-day operations of the spa.
