We welcome you to our 4 week beginners workshop. An opportunity to immerse yourself and experience the impact Yoga has on the mind, body and spirit. This beginners workshop is designed to help you move beyond your boundaries and surpass your expectations with step by step instructions. This allows you to understand the concept of yoga, build strength, improve stability, increase flexibility and balance.
